Apostle Victoria Agyarkwa is the founder of Covenant Rest Mission, starting with "The Tranquil Nest Outreach" in 1983. With over 40 years of ministry experience, she has dedicated her life to reaching children and families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Connie A. Agyarkwa serves as the Lead Senior Pastor, providing spiritual leadership and oversight for the church. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure the vision and mission of Covenant Rest Mission is fulfilled.
